Deliver new hire training classes and manage the learning process for our agents. Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED. Additional post secondary courses taken in education, communications, or related field is preferred. A minimum of one year training, quality assurance, coaching or supervisory experience is required.

All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently.
