Torre Allende is poised above the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta over which it gives extensive views to the ocean

Torre Allende is not a massive soulless concrete sprawl. It comprises only fourteen apartments, each of similar layout - those on one side of the building being "mirror images" of those on the other.
