Oversee assigned staff and ensure quality classroom and on-the-job training is provided for production employees; supervise and participate in the completion of training documentation; and coach, develop and mentor subordinates to achieve quality performance. Qualifications include an associate’s degree in education, communications, or a related field; and minimum one year professional training or teaching experience, which may include public and private school experience, corporate training, or related training experience. One year lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently.
