Involved in the development and support of test stations for Scientific Atlanta’s internet receiver (CTM) and transmitter (TMTS). Creating a format for the liberation of test stations. Programming test interfaces in VC++ and Visual Basic. Modifying code in VC++ , VB 6.0 and LabView to automate test stations. Working with different communication protocols (serial, parallel, gpib, Ethernet, etc). Also worked in the creation of AOI (optical inspection test) applications. Knowledge of different communication technologies (QAM, QPSK, etc), and video and audio formats.
