As a provider of Oilfield Services to key multinational oil and gas companies, we not only have extensive operations in America but have facilities in more than 50 countries and employ over 4000 staff worldwide.
This position is based in our regional office in Caracas, Venezuela, and reports to the Vice President Contract and Risk Management in our Headquarters in Europe.
The main responsibilities of this position are :
a Responding at bid stage and for negotiation post bid, of appropriate contract conditions for the group's oilfield service contracts.
a Liaising with Districts and Country Managers and colleagues at headquarters to implement a contracts strategy throughout North & South America.
a Building relationships with the legal and contract departments of key Clients in order to anticipate contract requirements and facilitate smooth contract negotiations for future contracts.
To be successful in this challenging role you will :
a Hold a University Degree qualification in Law, Business Administration or Cost Engineering.
a Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
a Probably have experience in Tender Preparations and/or Contract Negotiations in the Industrial Services sector.
a Probably be in the age range between 31 and 37 years old.
a Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Portuguese an advantage.
a Be willing to travel extensively throughout the region.
a Be adaptable, highly motivated and self confident.
a Be a commercially aware independent individual with the ability to manage your time and projects effectively.
